Please read the terms and condition of the contest carefully. By entering in-to this contest, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Contest is organized and conducted by Sony India Private Limited having its office at A-18, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi-110044 (Sony India).
2. Registration for the contest shall be open from December 01, 2023, 00:01 HRS and onwards. Customers who have registered prior to December 01, 2023, will not be eligible for this contest.
3. Eligibility: Customers who will purchase Sony WF-C700N Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones (WF-C700) from an authorized channel partner can register their product (with details) on Sony Product Registration Portal, weblink https://register.sony.co.in/identify-product/ and the same customer will be eligible for this free gift. Participants must be citizens of India residing in India. Residents of other countries and non-citizens of India are not eligible to participate. Employees of Sony India, its advertising and promotional agencies its auditors / executing agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. Participation in this Contest is voluntary. Entries may only be made according to the procedure described herein.
5. The Participant(s) must register to participate in the contest as mentioned in clause 3 above.
6. Entries that do not qualify with these terms will be disqualified. Sony India reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time.
7. Taxes & Incidental Expenses: Winners shall be liable for all taxes, levies and duties due and owing under applicable and statutory laws in connection with the Prize and all other costs, expenses including travel expenses, etc.
8. Particulars such as name, phone, email id, and address is mandatory to enable Sony India to contact the winner and dispatch the prize. Participation in this contest and furnishing of the personal details by the Participants shall be treated as consent to receive communication at the contact no / email. No unsolicited contact will be made. Sony India shall not be responsible for non-receipt of any communication due to network failure or any other issue, technical or otherwise, not within the control of Sony India.
9. Participants will be contacted through email id primarily for any conversation regarding the winner announcement. In case the winner cannot be contacted even after two (2) attempted mail intimations within three (3) days consecutive days, the selected winner will stand disqualified, and the next eligible participant will be selected as per the procedure set out herein.
10. The Prizes cannot be transferred/negotiated. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed. If the prize is unavailable, Sony India reserves the right to substitute it with equal or greater value.
11. Submission of ID and Address proof and verification by Sony India, the prize would be dispatched to the winner(s) on the address provided by them at Sony India’s cost. Sony India shall not be responsible for non-receipt of the prize on account of any change/error in address provided by the winner(s) or any other reason beyond the control of Sony India.
12. Once selected, winners will be asked to submit a copy of the product purchase invoice.
13. Mere participation in the Contest does not entitle the Participant to a Prize.
14. Sony India shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations mentioned herein, caused by extreme weather conditions, strike, transport issue or any other event amounting to Force Majeure and beyond their control.
15. By entering into the Contest and accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner waive all copyrights, rights of publicity and any related rights and consents to Sony India’s right to picture, tape or portray him/her as a Contest winner, and to exhibit this material in any and all media now existing or hereinafter created, including without limitation television, film, radio and print media without any compensation whatsoever for advertising and publicity purposes, except where prohibited by law. The Prize Winner also consents to Sony India’s right to use his/her name, voice or picture or the content of his/her Contest entry.
16. Hold Harmless/Release: By participating in the contest, each participant agrees to hold harmless Sony India and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest and the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the Prize, including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
17. Sony India reserves the right to change/alter/modify the conditions of this contest and to alter or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
18. By participating in the Contest, each Participant specifically agrees as follows (a) to be bound by these terms which are final and binding in all respect and to comply with all decisions of Sony India with regard to the contest (b) that he/she meets the eligibility requirements under these terms and conditions (c) to comply with all central, state, local laws and regulations.
19. The Contest is not available (void) where prohibited by any law. This contest shall not be available in the state of Tamil Nadu. All relevant national and local laws apply. All disputes to be settled within the jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi only.

Terms

1. This code is issued and is the property of Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited India (CMEPL) (formerly known as Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited)
2. This code can only be redeemed in India and is valid till 31 / 03 / 2025.
3. This code cannot be used/clubbed with an existing subscription / offer on the SonyLIV app or website or any other source.
4. To avail the 3 months of Sony LIV Subscription offer, Customer has to register within the period of 2 years from date of purchase. For customers registering after the 2 years period , 3 months of Sony LIV Subscription offer will not be valid.
5. This offer gives access upto 1080p content resolution only.
6. This code is non-refundable and cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. It is not a credit/debit code. This code is not a legal tender & does not entail any civil/criminal liability on CMEPL.
7. Any dispute arising with respect to the code will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai. The existence of any dispute if any will not constitute any claim towards CMEPL.

Sony India Private Limited (hereafter, "Sony India") agrees to provide One Year Limited Extended Warranty for select Camera Products (hereafter, "Products"), officially imported by Sony India, on the conditions set forth herein below:

• The period of Extended Warranty shall be for a period of one (1) year after the expiry of 2-year Standard Warranty on the Products.
• To avail 1 year additional warranty , Customer must register the covered Product(s) within the period of 2 years Standard Warranty (2 years from Date of Purchase) . For customers registering after the 2 years standard warranty period , additional warranty of 1 year will not be valid .
• Subject to fulfillment of the conditions set forth herein, One Year Limited Extended Warranty (“Extended Warranty”) shall be offered to the eligible customers who purchase Products, detailed below, and register on alphacommunity.in or register.sony.co.in.
• This offer is a limited period offer and is only applicable for products purchased from authorized sellers.
• For registration, customers shall be required to furnish necessary details pertaining to the Products and the authorized seller(s) along with a copy of valid invoice, warranty card and such other document(s) as may be required by Sony India. Sony India reserves the right to review the particulars and documents provided by the customer and accept or reject the application for Extended Warranty.
• This Extended Warranty does not cover any external accessories mentioned in the operating instruction manual supplied with this product or any cosmetic parts.
• Sony India reserves the right to amend/modify/update the terms and conditions of this Extended Warranty and may withdraw/terminate this Extended Warranty without any prior notice. Customers are advised to review the terms beforehand to proceed further.
• This Extended Warranty in non-transferable and shall be valid for service only in India.
• This Extended Warranty shall not cover damage/s pursuant to un-authorised adaptations made contrary to stipulated specifications for the product and/ or adjustments to the product carried out at & by unauthorised service providers.
• This Extended Warranty will be void if the type or serial number marked on the product has been altered, removed or in any manner defaced.
• This Extended Warranty does not cover any external accessories mentioned in the operating instruction manual supplied with this product or any cosmetic parts.
• This Extended Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to improper installation by customer and / or connection of the product to equipment not approved by manufacturer and not compatible with the product. It shall also not apply to cases where deficiency in product performance is attributable to poor signal reception provided through third party supplied apparatus/equipment or the use of third party software and/or recorded media.
• This Extended Warranty does not apply to normal wear & tear of rubber and cosmetic parts.
• This Extended Warranty shall not apply in cases of damages caused to the product by accident, lightning, ingress of water, fire or Acts of God, improper ventilation, accidental dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond Sony's control. This Extended Warranty shall not affect consumer's statutory rights under applicable Indian Laws.
• This Extended warranty does not cover liability for loss of data, recorded image/s and/or business opportunity loss. If during the repair the content of the hard drive/ memory are altered, deleted, or in any way modified, Sony India shall not be responsible. The Product will be returned configured as originally purchased. You are advised to regularly back up the contents of the hard drive/memory to prevent damage or loss of any programs, data or other information.
• Sony India reserves the right to decline the Extended Warranty service if any of the afore-stated conditions are not met or compiled.
• The conditions of Extended Warranty set out herein are not in derogation of the conditions stipulated for Standard Warranty and the conditions of Standard Warranty shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Extended Warranty.

Sony India Private Limited (hereafter, "Sony India") agrees to provide the Limited Extended Warranty for select Camera Products (hereafter, "Products"), officially imported by Sony India, on the conditions set forth herein below:

• *Offer valid on products purchased from 10th Oct 2018 onwards.
• * Screen protector offer is not applicable for products purchases after 10th Oct 2018.
• To avail 1 year additional warranty , Customer has to register within the period of 2 years Standard Warranty (2 years from Date of Purchase) . For customers registering after the 2 years standard warranty period , additional warranty of 1 year will not be valid .
• Additional 1 year warranty is only applicable on the camera body and not applicable of lens or any other accessory.
• 1 Year extended warranty is only applicable on ILME-FX30, ILME-FX3 and ILME-FX6 in the Cinema-Line camera category.
• Subject to fulfillment of the conditions set forth herein, One Year Limited Extended Warranty (“Extended Warranty”) shall be offered to the eligible customers who purchase Products, detailed below, and register on https://alphacommunity.in/register-gear/validate/.
• The period of Extended Warranty shall be for a period of one (1) year after the expiry of 2-year Standard Warranty on the Products.
• For registration, customers who purchased the Products on or after 10th Oct 2018 shall be required to furnish necessary details pertaining to Products etc. and authorized seller(s) along with copy of valid invoice, warranty card and such other document(s)/clarification as may be prescribed/required by Sony India. 5. The Participant(s) must register to participate in the contest as mentioned in clause 3 above.
6. Entries which do not qualify with these terms will be disqualified. Sony India reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry any time.
7. Winner Selection: 3 winners stand a chance to win 1 Sony WF-C700N Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones each. Winners will be announced in the 1st week of each month (starting September 2023). Customer(s) who have already been a part of the contest in one month, will not be eligible to participate in any other consecutive months.
8. Taxes & Incidental expenses: Winners shall be liable for all taxes, levies and duties due and owing under applicable and statutory laws in connection with the Prize and all other costs, expenses including travel expenses, etc.
9. Particulars such as name, phone, email id, address is mandatory to enable Sony India to contact the winner and dispatch the prize. Participation in this contest and furnishing of the personal details by the Participants shall be treated as consent to receive communication at the contact no / email. No unsolicited contact will be made. Sony India shall not be responsible for non-receipt of any communication due to network failure or any other issue, technical or otherwise, not within the control of Sony India.
10. Participant will be contacted through email id primarily for any conversation regarding winner announcement. In case the winner cannot be contacted even after two (2) attempted mail intimation within three (3) days consecutive days, the selected winner will stand disqualified and the next eligible participant will be selected as per procedure set out herein.
11. The Prizes cannot be transferred/negotiated. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed. If the prize is unavailable, Sony India reserves the right to substitute it with equal or greater value.
12. Submission of ID and Address proof and verification by Sony India, the prize would be dispatched to the winner(s) on the address provided by them at Sony India’s cost. Sony India shall not be responsible for non-receipt of the prize on account of any change/error in address provided by the winner(s) or any other reason beyond the control of Sony India.
13. Once selected, winners will be asked to submit a copy of the product purchase invoice.
14. Mere participation in the Contest does not entitle the Participant to a Prize.
15. Sony India shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations mentioned herein, caused by extreme weather conditions, strike, transport issue or any other event amounting to Force Majeure and beyond their control.
16. By entering into the Contest and accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner waive all copyrights, rights of publicity and any related rights and consents to Sony India’s right to picture, tape or portray him/her as a Contest winner, and to exhibit this material in any and all media now existing or hereinafter created, including without limitation television, film, radio and print media without any compensation whatsoever for advertising and publicity purposes, except where prohibited by law. The Prize Winner also consents to Sony India’s right to use his/her name, voice or picture or the content of his/her Contest entry.
17. Hold Harmless/Release: By participating in the contest, each participant agrees to hold harmless Sony India and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest and the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the Prize, including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
18. Sony India reserves the right to change/alter/modify the conditions of this contest and to alter or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
19. By participating in the Contest, each Participant specifically agrees as follows (a) to be bound by these terms which are final and binding in all respect and to comply with all decisions of Sony India with regard to the contest (b) that he/she meets the eligibility requirements under these terms and conditions (c) to comply with all central, state, local laws and regulations.
20. The Contest is not available (void) where prohibited by any law. This contest shall not be available in the state of Tamil Nadu. All relevant national and local laws apply. All disputes to be settled within the jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi only.
