Sony India Private Limited (hereafter, "Sony India") agrees to provide One Year Limited Extended Warranty for select Camera Products (hereafter, "Products"), officially imported by Sony India, on the conditions set forth herein below:

• The period of Extended Warranty shall be for a period of one (1) year after the expiry of 2-year Standard Warranty on the Products.
• To avail 1 year additional warranty , Customer must register the covered Product(s) within the period of 2 years Standard Warranty (2 years from Date of Purchase) . For customers registering after the 2 years standard warranty period , additional warranty of 1 year will not be valid .
• Subject to fulfillment of the conditions set forth herein, One Year Limited Extended Warranty (“Extended Warranty”) shall be offered to the eligible customers who purchase Products, detailed below, and register on alphacommunity.in or register.sony.co.in.
• This offer is a limited period offer and is only applicable for products purchased from authorized sellers.
• For registration, customers shall be required to furnish necessary details pertaining to the Products and the authorized seller(s) along with a copy of valid invoice, warranty card and such other document(s) as may be required by Sony India. Sony India reserves the right to review the particulars and documents provided by the customer and accept or reject the application for Extended Warranty.
• This Extended Warranty does not cover any external accessories mentioned in the operating instruction manual supplied with this product or any cosmetic parts.
• Sony India reserves the right to amend/modify/update the terms and conditions of this Extended Warranty and may withdraw/terminate this Extended Warranty without any prior notice. Customers are advised to review the terms beforehand to proceed further.
• This Extended Warranty in non-transferable and shall be valid for service only in India.
• This Extended Warranty shall not cover damage/s pursuant to un-authorised adaptations made contrary to stipulated specifications for the product and/ or adjustments to the product carried out at & by unauthorised service providers.
• This Extended Warranty will be void if the type or serial number marked on the product has been altered, removed or in any manner defaced.
• This Extended Warranty does not cover any external accessories mentioned in the operating instruction manual supplied with this product or any cosmetic parts.
• This Extended Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to improper installation by customer and / or connection of the product to equipment not approved by manufacturer and not compatible with the product. It shall also not apply to cases where deficiency in product performance is attributable to poor signal reception provided through third party supplied apparatus/equipment or the use of third party software and/or recorded media.
• This Extended Warranty does not apply to normal wear & tear of rubber and cosmetic parts.
• This Extended Warranty shall not apply in cases of damages caused to the product by accident, lightning, ingress of water, fire or Acts of God, improper ventilation, accidental dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond Sony's control. This Extended Warranty shall not affect consumer's statutory rights under applicable Indian Laws.
• This Extended warranty does not cover liability for loss of data, recorded image/s and/or business opportunity loss. If during the repair the content of the hard drive/ memory are altered, deleted, or in any way modified, Sony India shall not be responsible. The Product will be returned configured as originally purchased. You are advised to regularly back up the contents of the hard drive/memory to prevent damage or loss of any programs, data or other information.
• Sony India reserves the right to decline the Extended Warranty service if any of the afore-stated conditions are not met or compiled.
• The conditions of Extended Warranty set out herein are not in derogation of the conditions stipulated for Standard Warranty and the conditions of Standard Warranty shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Extended Warranty.

Sony India Private Limited (hereafter, "Sony India") agrees to provide the Limited Extended Warranty for select Camera Products (hereafter, "Products"), officially imported by Sony India, on the conditions set forth herein below:

• *Offer valid on products purchased from 10th Oct 2018 onwards.
• * Screen protector offer is not applicable for products purchases after 10th Oct 2018.
• To avail 1 year additional warranty , Customer has to register within the period of 2 years Standard Warranty (2 years from Date of Purchase) . For customers registering after the 2 years standard warranty period , additional warranty of 1 year will not be valid .
• Additional 1 year warranty is only applicable on the camera body and not applicable of lens or any other accessory.
• 1 Year extended warranty is only applicable on ILME-FX30, ILME-FX3 and ILME-FX6 in the Cinema-Line camera category.
• Subject to fulfillment of the conditions set forth herein, One Year Limited Extended Warranty (“Extended Warranty”) shall be offered to the eligible customers who purchase Products, detailed below, and register on https://alphacommunity.in/register-gear/validate/.
• The period of Extended Warranty shall be for a period of one (1) year after the expiry of 2-year Standard Warranty on the Products.
• For registration, customers who purchased the Products on or after 10th Oct 2018 shall be required to furnish necessary details pertaining to Products etc. and authorized seller(s) along with copy of valid invoice, warranty card and such other document(s)/clarification as may be prescribed/required by Sony India. Sony India reserves the right to review the particulars and documents provided by the customer and accept or reject the application for Extended Warranty.
• This Extended Warranty in non-transferable and shall be valid for service only in India.

Please read the terms and conditions of the contest carefully. By participating in this contest, you agree to the following:

1. The contest is organized by Sony India Private Limited, located at A-18, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi-110044.
2. Registration opens from April 1, 2025 (00:01 HRS). Any registrations before this date are not eligible.
3. Eligibility: Customers who purchase Sony Audio Product from an authorized channel can register their product on the Sony Product Registration Portal. Only Indian citizens residing in India are eligible. Sony India employees, their families, and associated agencies are not eligible.
4. Participation is voluntary, and entries must follow the prescribed process.
5. Incomplete or non-compliant entries will be disqualified. Sony India reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its discretion.
6. Winner Selection: Four winners will be selected each month via a lucky draw and will receive a Sony WF-C510 Earbuds. Winners will be announced in the first week of each month. Once selected, a winner cannot participate in subsequent months. Each unique product registration constitutes one entry. Multiple entries by the same person using the same product serial number will be disqualified. Sony India reserves the right to disqualify entries that are found to be fraudulent, manipulated, or violating the spirit of the contest.
7. Taxes & Expenses: Sony India is responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses related to the prize.
8. Mandatory Information: Participants must provide their name, phone number, email ID, and address for prize dispatch. Sony India is not responsible for non-receipt of communication due to network issues.
9. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via email. If a winner does not respond within three days after two attempts, the prize will be given to the next eligible participant. By participating, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Sony India’s Privacy Policy.
10. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If unavailable, Sony India may substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
11. ID & Address Proof: Winners must submit ID, PAN CARD and purchase invoice for verification. Sony India will not be responsible for non-receipt due to incorrect address details.
12. Participation does not guarantee a prize.
13. Force Majeure: Sony India is not liable for delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or transport issues. Sony India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the participation in the contest or use of the prize.
14. Publicity Rights: By entering the contest, winners allow Sony India to use their name, voice, and image for promotional purposes without compensation.
15. Liability Release: Participants agree to hold Sony India and its affiliates harmless from any liabilities arising from contest participation or prize use.
16. Sony India reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest without prior notice.
17. Legal Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws. The contest is void where prohibited and not available in Tamil Nadu. Disputes will be settled in New Delhi courts.
